15th Annual Webby Awards
For the first time ever, Asia Society has been honored for 3 projects by the the Webby Awards. Yoshitomo Nara: Nobody's Fool was selected as an Official Honoree in the Art Category. Homeland Afghanistan and China Boom were both selected as Official Honorees in the Education category!
Homeland Afghanistan from Asia Society
As part of an NEH grant received by Asia Society's Education Department, I am working with a web and content development team to create a unique interactive timeline that attempts to explain the history of Afghanistan for Pre-history to present day. Designed to be both a teaching tool for high school students and an information source for the general public, Homeland Afghanistan explores the countries history chronologically and thematically in unexpected ways.
